Returns

• Call 855-280-2247 to receive an authorization number.  Returns must be made within 30 days.

Note:  Customers will be responsible for shipping charges on cancelled orders.

Rush Shipments

• Please request UPS Ground, UPS Next Day, UPS 2nd Day or UPS 3rd Day.  We will promptly take care of your needs.

Shipping Policy

• Your Order is shipped from our Wisconsin location

• UPS is used whenever possible, however should your order exceed UPS size and weight limits, "Commom Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you

• Activ-Pak strives to maintain prices at the lowest level.  Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
